The Cattle

Highland cattle are tough and harmonic animals that have retained much of their wild instincts. The animals are very alert and surprisingly agile despite their size. Highland cows have a strict ranking order which, when challenged, causes battles that sometimes results in bloody wounds. The term “horn in the side” has its literal meaning here! Highland cattle are excellent conservationists that removes unwanted bushes and up to ten-year-old trees.
